We have something for everyone at Metta, our classes are suitable to all levels. The goal; get people to move and sweat and then ground and zen out. Using breath as the avenue to connect the mind to the body. All classes are heated, except pre-natal, kids & various workshops. Minimum age to attend hot yoga classes is 14 years old.

This class will get you moving! A fun and challenging hot flow class where postures are linked fluidly with breath.
Take it to the next level! Each warm Vinyasa class is unique, exploring layered sequencing to deepen your breath and challenge your practice.
Take it down a notch! Long, deep and supported holds to relax and restore, decompress joints and work through tension to improve mobility. Yin classes take place in a warm room.
Balance yourself out with the best of both worlds! The first part of this warm class brings a focus on breath, strength and flexibility; part 2, relax and restore with yin.

Give back with us! Friday nights at 8PM, a by donation 60min hot Metta yoga class where all funds go to our charity of the month.
Metta Minis is a 5 week program that covers a new topic every week and builds on the material learned in the previous class. Each yoga class is based on a theme that is woven throughout the class that teaches children how practicing yoga relates to Gratitude, Confidence, Breath Work, Kindness and Acceptance. Each 60 minute class starts with a discussion followed by a yoga sequence, story telling, mindfulness and meditation and concludes with coloring and free time.
Join Jenn Vanderland for pre natal yoga with a focus on functional movement so you can improve your posture, and build strength and stability for an easier pregnancy. You will gain the tools you need to understand the changes in your body, and through movement, breath, and stillness you can begin to incorporate them into your body and your life. About Jenn- Jenn has taught hundreds of pregnant women how to move better and feel stronger and more confident in their changing bodies. She is a yoga teacher with 17 years of teaching experience, and has 3 of her own children. She is working towards becoming an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist, certified Doula, and Childbirth Educator. She is passionate about birth, movement, community, and connection.
