We have something for everyone at Metta, our classes are suitable to all levels. The goal; get people to move and sweat and then ground and zen out. Using breath as the avenue to connect the mind to the body. All classes are heated, except pre-natal, kids & various workshops. Minimum age to attend hot yoga classes is 14 years old.

This class will get you moving! A fun and challenging hot flow class where postures are linked fluidly with breath.
Take it to the next level! Each warm Vinyasa class is unique, exploring layered sequencing to deepen your breath and challenge your practice.
Take it down a notch! Long, deep and supported holds to relax and restore, decompress joints and work through tension to improve mobility. Yin classes take place in a warm room.
Balance yourself out with the best of both worlds! The first part of this warm class brings a focus on breath, strength and flexibility; part 2, relax and restore with yin.

Get your kid’s on a yoga high while you get yours on as well in the heated room next door! Kids Yoga introduces yoga to youth as a way to discover body awareness, mindfulness and feel confident in who they are through movement, stories, games and crafts. Drop in classes run Sept – May, Saturdays & Sundays 12pm-1pm.

Join Jennifer for this fun and sometimes unpredictable class, as babies are not the most predictable creatures. Come with an open mind and know that everything is welcome in the yoga space. Jenn strives to create a safe and welcoming space for all new parents. Check online for dates.
After having 3 babies in 5 years Jenn understands how difficult it can be to feel normal after giving birth. There is a lot of information available but it is hard to know where to start on the road to rebuilding, strengthening, and unwinding layers of tension. Jenn can help you on the path back to feeling and looking your best. With lots of experience both with her own post natal struggles, and from working with hundreds of other new moms, Jenn will gently guide you back to yourself. You will learn new ways to move to help you regain a functional pelvic floor, undo tension, stand taller and feel stronger. There will also be lots of opportunities to connect with your little one through movement and touch. Babies up to crawling are welcome.
Join Jenn Vanderland for pre natal yoga with a focus on functional movement so you can improve your posture, and build strength and stability for an easier pregnancy. You will gain the tools you need to understand the changes in your body, and through movement, breath, and stillness you can begin to incorporate them into your body and your life. About Jenn- Jenn has taught hundreds of pregnant women how to move better and feel stronger and more confident in their changing bodies. She is a yoga teacher with 17 years of teaching experience, and has 3 of her own children. She is working towards becoming an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist, certified Doula, and Childbirth Educator. She is passionate about birth, movement, community, and connection.
