Take it to the next level! Each class is unique, exploring layered sequencing to deepen your breath and challenge your practice.
Take it down a notch! Long, deep and supported holds to relax and restore, decompress joints and work through tension to improve mobility.

Get your kid’s on a yoga high while you get yours on as well in the heated room next door! Kids Yoga introduces yoga to youth as a way to discover body awareness, mindfulness and feel confident in who they are through movement, stories, games and crafts.
Mom & Baby
Learn simple exercises to start rebuilding the pelvic floor, covering common post-partum concerns like poor posture due to holding/nursing baby, back/pelvic pain, and reduced stability through the joints. Build strength in your body within a community of other moms to support you, as well as take time to connect with your baby.
Stretch and strengthen your body, explore postures to ease the common discomforts of pregnancy, and nurture your connection with your baby and your changing body. Classes are perfect for all stages of pregnancy.
