The focus of this workshop is to increase hip mobility. Our repetitive lifestyles can create imbalance & to reverse or prevent further imbalance takes more than just stretching alone. In order to lengthen we must strengthen & use self massage tools (myofascial release). This workshop will educate & empower you on how all three tools self massage, resistance stretching & joint mobility can be used to create balance in your bodies tissues. Sanitized Balls & resistance bands will be provided, please bring your own blocks & mat.
