Join Alana for a nourishing restorative 2hr yoga practice to rest the body, regulate & re-calibrate your nervous system, while releasing deeply held layers of tension. Restorative yoga opens the body through prop support, guided meditation & breathing methods designed to cultivate inner stillness & peace of mind. Alana will include intuitive hands on adjustments that support deep relaxation.
