Wall Yin is a series of Yin Yoga postures using the Wall as a prop to effectively increase or decrease the level of stress (tension/compression) in the target area of the particular posture. Primary emphasis are hips & spine. Wall Yin has been shown to be the most accessible Yin Yoga Class while maintaining the effectiveness of each posture. This workshop is available in person or via Zoom.
