Youth Yoga & Mindfulness

Our focus during these classes will be creating strategies for dealing with stress/anxiety, positive body image, and compassion towards self and others. It is so important for teens to learn how to manage stressful situations in all facets of their lives – school, sports, family and friends! Each week, students will be provided tools for mind-body awareness, simple breathing techniques, positive mindset strategies to increase self-confidence, all while improving strength and flexibility.
