WALL YIN

Join Alan Mileham (E-RYT 500. YACEP. Yoga Alliance (USA) #84306) for a 3 1/2hr non-heated Wall Yin Workshop, open to all teachers and students; no prerequisites required. Wall Yin is a series of Yin Yoga postures using the Wall as a prop to effectively increase or decrease the level of stress (tension/compression) in the target area of the particular posture. Primary emphasis are hips and spine. Wall Yin has been shown to be the most accessible Yin Yoga Class while maintaining the effectiveness of each posture. During this 3 1/2 hour workshop, Alan will review and demonstrate approximately 40 variations of Wall Yin postures covering the major target areas of the body.
