Wall Yin is a series of Yin Yoga postures using the Wall as a prop to effectively increase or decrease the level of stress (tension/compression) in the target area of the particular posture. Primary emphasis are hips & spine. Wall Yin has been shown to be the most accessible Yin Yoga Class while maintaining the effectiveness of each posture. Alan will review and demonstrate approximately 40 variations of Wall Yin postures covering the major target areas of the body.
