Vin & Yin

This 2hr Vin & Yin class will heat you up right from the start, then cool & calm you into deep rest at the end. We go from ‘play’ to ‘stay’ in this fun Feb special class! We focus on flow, form and fire during the first part of class with elements of endurance & challenge, with options to modify. The later part of class, Yin, we hold passive & prop supported postures for time allowing you and your body to cool down, unravel & restore.
