Metta Mini’s

Kids Yoga (ages 6-12) is a great way for children to learn how to reduce stress, as well as improve concentration, mood, balance & flexibility. Each class will introduce important tools that children can carry with them including increased body awareness, strength & flexibility, and self-calming/emotional regulation skills via breathing & relaxation exercises. We will begin with an introduction or theme, such as gratitude or confidence, & weave that theme through our yoga class.
